A Little About Me
In my many career iterations I have worked as an attorney both in private practice and as corporate counsel, a Human Resources professional, a real estate development executive for a regional retailer, and a Unitarian Universalist church pastor. I have worked as a part-time executive, clergy and leadership coach for more than fifteen years, coaching leaders in various for-profit and not-for-profit settings ranging from global pharmaceutical companies to churches and community organizations.
While I enjoy coaching anyone who is looking to hone their leadership capacities, I particularly feel called to coach clergy and leaders of non-profit organizations. As a church pastor with 16 years of experience in congregational settings, I have developed an expertise in the unique demands of leadership in that environment. Many of those skills and experiences translate from the congregational context to other non-profit settings.
I am a member of the International Coach Federation with a pending accreditation from ICF.
